Car Seat Program
The City of Wilmington participates in the Ohio Buckles Buckeyes Program sponsored by the Ohio Department of Health. This program allows the Department to provide free car seats to income-qualified residents of Ohio. The participants must watch a 30 minute video on car seat installation, fill out all related paperwork and with instruction, install the seat in their vehicle appropriately. Any resident can bring their car seats in for inspection and instruction on proper installation. To schedule an appointment, please contact the Fire Inspector at:
